I am the Pre-Owned Manager at Ourisman CDJR of Bowie. We had a customer that wanted a new Jeep in Orange that is no longer made and couldn’t be located in the country. I contacted Bobby and asked about the possibilities and we set a tentative date. A couple days before the date I called to confirm and found there had been an error in scheduling (in the automotive industry it’s not uncommon) and the shop was booked. However, Bobby assured me he would take care of it and move things around. There were zero issues whatsoever and done before we expected. Our customer couldn’t believe the quality and how much it looked like paint. The vinyl we chose actually matched the factory color exactly.
I was so impressed, I took my WRX there to have the roof wrapped (in and out in a couple hours). Bobby honestly is the most professional individual I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend these guys to anyone with absolute confidence.
